Eco Recycling s.r.l. is a company corporate in 2008 and it is expert in the development and implementation of innovative processes and plants for recovery of metals from secondary raw materials from WEEE, wastes, residues and complex minerals.

Eco Recycling s.r.l. è una società costituita nel 2008 ed è esperta nello sviluppo e nell’implementazione di processi e impianti innovativi per il recupero di metalli da materie prime seconde quali RAEE, rifiuti, residui e minerali complessi.



Eco Recycling can provide different types of services at different TRL levels. The main services provided range from process development, to plant design and construction, to technology validation. In addition, it carries out feasibility studies and LCA and LCC analyses.


Eco Recycling has participated (successfully) and is actively participating in several European LIFE and HEurope projects as a partner and/or as a leader. Furthermore, it has offered its expertise as a provider of technology transfer and design services to several companies.


Eco Recycling has a technological platform where several pilot plants at different scales are located for the following treatments: valorization of black mass from lithium-ion batteries, recycling of different types of WEEE (PV, PCB, fluorescent lamps, CRT, LCD).

Patents and Publications

The company owns several patents mainly relating to the treatment of batteries and photovoltaic panels that have reached the end of their life.
