MISSION The MISSION guiding ECO RECYCLING, in the field of research, development and implementation of innovative processes and plants for the recovery of metals from secondary raw materials derived from WEEE, waste, residues and complex minerals, is focused on Sustainable Quality. VISION Producing and developing innovative initiatives in the field of “Recycling” through research, market-driven processes and services aimed at solving or preventing complex and costly issues related to the circular economy sector represents the VISION of the ECO RECYCLING project. PURPOSE ECO RECYCLING aims to position itself in the market as a reliable partner capable of:

• Developing innovative hydrometallurgical processes for the treatment of batteries, WEEE, complex minerals, waste and mining residues;
• Designing and constructing prototypes and full-scale plants dedicated to recycling and recovery of secondary raw materials or to the decontamination of mineral matrices.

SERVICES Through highly qualified, competent, professional and responsive personnel, ECO RECYCLING offers a wide range of services starting from the analysis of customer requirements and materializing into:

• Development of innovative processes and technologies;
• Technical and economic feasibility studies;
• Environmental impact assessments (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC);
• Scale-up from laboratory to prototype/pilot scale;
• Basic and detailed engineering design and construction of prototype/pilot units;
• Execution of experimental campaigns on prototypes/pilot plants;
• Provision of know-how;
• Basic design and detailed engineering support for full-scale plants;
• Training of personnel involved in the management of prototypes/pilot/full scale plants, as well as assistance and commissioning of full scale plants.

The ECO RECYCLING TEAM is constantly committed to achieving corporate objectives in order to strengthen its market position and seize new growth and development opportunities, with the awareness that goal achievement requires compliance with rules, laws, standards and applicable regulations. RISK-BASED APPROACH The Quality Management System at ECO RECYCLING is based on a risk-based approach. This enables the organization to determine and assess factors that may influence processes and to implement preventive controls to minimize negative effects of potential deviations while fully seizing market opportunities and anticipating trends. Management promotes unity of purpose and common objectives at all levels, aligning strategies, processes and resources to create conditions that allow employees and collaborators to achieve established goals. The POLICY is communicated internally and externally through specific Communication Plans prepared by Management. Management ensures that the content of the Policy is understood, shared, implemented and applied by employees and collaborators. To facilitate understanding, specific training sessions are promoted. Based on general quality principles, SMART corporate objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound) are established and periodically monitored during Management Review, with the aim of continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
